We started our careers providing in-person direct work to individuals with mental illness and substance use disorders in aim to improve their quality of life. We developed our experience progressing into managerial roles and have a firm understanding of organizational structure, a shared vision, and implementing workflows and processes that drive success. We have developed many new programs and initiatives and worked successfully with various funding streams. We also have experience in evaluating and reengineering programs for success.
