What do you want clients to know about you?

Let me start by commending you for taking a step towards self-care and improving wellness. Seeking help with transitions, emotions, persistent thoughts, and other life struggles is normal, and you are not alone. I am a bilingual-Spanish Licensed Clinical Social worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals cope.

What is your approach to therapy?

Life may bring moments of significant distress, feelings of guilt, denial, depression, anxiety, emptiness, and other emotions. Speaking with a professional often complements the ability to cope with such events. I practice from a strength-based perspective using clinical interventions that focus on you while understanding sources of external impact. This approach may allow for a better understanding of the situation and the development of methods to cope.
